Data Synchronization

All enhanced search data populates automatically through the background sync system. For immediate results, administrators can manually trigger sync operations through the admin interface to speed up initial data population. Otherwise, the system automatically ensures all features reflect current Jira data within hours of installation.

Screen Configuration (Optional)

Custom fields need to be added to screens in order to be updated. Common additions include "Parent Status" on subtask screens, "Last Transitioned By" on team dashboards, and version fields on release planning screens. This configuration is entirely optional.
