Configuration and Use
Advanced Comment Tracking Fields is a Jira app that provides comment custom fields, automatically tracking metrics like agent reply counts, response dates, and comment visibility for service management and project insights.
Accessing Settings
Global Settings
Navigate to Jira Settings (cog icon) → Apps → Flowzira Settings
Configure app-wide defaults that apply to all projects
Language automatically adapts to your Jira locale
Project Settings
Go to your project → Project Settings → Apps → Flowzira Settings
Configure project-specific overrides that take precedence over global settings
Configuration Options
General Configuration
License Management
Location: Global Settings
Features: View license status, renewal information, and usage monitoring
Languages: Available in 10 major languages with automatic detection and smart fallback
Custom Field Visibility
Location: Jira Settings → Issues → Field configurations
Purpose: Control which Flowzira fields appear on issue screens
Setup: Edit field configuration schemes and associate with projects/issue types
Jira Service Management Settings
Comment Visibility Filter Controls which comments are included in field calculations:
All comments (default): Includes public and internal comments
Public comments only: Customer-visible comments for customer-facing metrics
Internal comments only: Agent-only comments for internal collaboration metrics
Affected Fields:
Agent Reply Count: Number of agent responses
Last Comment is Agent Response: Boolean indicating if latest comment is from agent
Last Agent Response Date: Timestamp of most recent agent comment
